Over the years, I have mastered every aspect of real estate practice including property management, property sales, property marketing, business management and accounting.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am a very active member in non-profit organizations, who tirelessly work for the betterment of the community. Michael Monikowski

Michael Monikowski, graduated from architecture at Silesian Technical University in Gliwice/Poland in 1987 and worked in the architectural profession for 10 years onwards in Poland and Australia (and as a student also in Switzerland). He has been in the Real Estate industry since October 1998, first with Elders Real Estate and then with Propertynet International in Applecross, which later opened this office and became known as Propertynet Real Estate in Atwell.
He has been involved in various aspects of the profession, including sales, marketing, property management and office administration. Michael also is extremely versatile in photography. He will make your property stand out in today’s Market.
